Silk Screen off board

I'm very close to ordering my first PCB. The silkscreen layer in the PCB Library for two connectors and an ESP-8266 based module extend past the edges of the board. (Up to 200 mils in the case of the ESP-8266 module.) The finished board fits in an area that is 4700 mils x 2400 mils. (120 mm x 61 mm) With the full silkscreen, the dimensions are approximately 4800 x 2500 mils (123 mm x 65 mm) Questions: 1) Should I modify the part packages to remove the silkscreen that extend past the board? 2) If I don't modify the silkscreen, when I go to order the board, do I put in the final board dimensions or the dimensions that include the full silkscreen layer? Thanks in Advance- David Nichols

It is entirely your choice whether to create modified PCB footprints for the parts to remove the overhang of the silkscreen elements of just to have the board made with some parts of the silkscreen elements missing because they are printed on fresh air. To have a PCB made, you must have a Board Outline drawn on the Board Outline layer. It is that which defines the final PCB dimensions, not the silkscreen elements.
