**BUG** Concise problem statement: Steps to reproduce bug: 1.working on PCB design and it have many reversions 2.suddenly position of top silk layer shifted 3.I correct it manually and saved that, shows save OK,after closing and re-opening silk screen is again in incorrect position, but other changes for example adding simple pad is saved correct. it happend for me in last my two different design in same project. Results: could not correct silk screen text position. Expected results: not change automatically silk screen position and save after correction Browser:Firefox
