Adding top silkscreen text sometimes causes it to appear below the top copper tracks, the tracks go over the text. Saving, closing and opening the project restores the text correctly above the tracks.

Also happens with top and bottom layer copper. Appeared a few releases ago. You don't need to close the project, just click on the layer tool a few times and it seems to fix itself once it does a full redraw.
