**BUG**
Concise problem statement:
The sim below used to work but does not now.
Steps to reproduce bug:
1. Ctrl+R > Transient > Run
Results:
The simulation runs but opamp X1 is not in the netlist any more. The opamp3pEE subckt is in the netlist because it is included directly in the schematic.
Expected results:
There used to be a line like:
X1 0 N001 Vout opamp3pEE
in the netlist
