No, I mean exactly left & upper parts of simulation graph, not the toolbars. (you're pointing to schematic page/window in your link, not the simulation page called "waveform" - I mean the one that appears after Ctrl+R, the graph then is in black background & part of it isn't visible by default) Anyway, from that time I've figured out what was the cause - the graph was just moved to the left & upper sides because of default centering which doesn't comply with graphs position. Though I can correct this by manually moving scroll bars at the right & bottom of the simulation graph page, it could be much better & easier if the default position of simulation graph would be aligned by default at the left & at the top. (also as I can see manual alignement functions don't work already on schematic page/window)

You're seeing something like this: http://imgur.com/UEV8t2k Whereas, you want to see something like this: http://imgur.com/hHddCiO EasyEDA does not autoscale the Waveform window size to fit the browser window size: it is set to a fixed number of pixels.
