There are single 0603 LED parts in the EasyEDA library, available for JLCPCB assembly but if you search for **0603 LED** then no single 0603 packaged LEDs are listed. Then click on the part number in JLCPCB which will take you to the JLCPCB product detail from where you can get the Cxxxx part number which you can then look up in the EasyEDA Library which will then show you the symbol and footprint in the JLCPCB Assembled tab!
