Solder Mask on Vias + Solder on Pads

Hi I need to make 2 changes to my board on EasyEDA. 1\. Include Solder Mask over the vias \(in the middle of the board\) to stop possible shorts\. 2\. As described in the Tutorial: Vias are covered by solder mask by default. The finish on the pads is a choice you make when you submit the board to manufacture. The choices are Hot Air Solder Levelling (HASL) with or without lead and Electroless Nickel Gold (ENIG).

Hi Andy Thanks for the comments. The board in the above photo was manufactured by JLCPCB with the HASL option selected and default options for the Vias. Any idea why it was delivered without solder mask on the vias and without solder on the pads?

That's a question for the JLCPCB Category. All I can suggest is that you check your order details carefully and take it up with them via their support. Aldo check that you have placed Vias and not just small pads.
