Solder pad. Similar to pin headers but with a naked squar copper pad and without hole. In the user contributed libraries there are may examples. But it is quite a lot and not ordered. My favourite is "2-Way_solder_selector".
Is there nothing like that in EasyEDA by default?
@nablabla,
There are so many possible dimensions for such a footprint.
Everything about it depends on the application.
It is so simple to make such a PCB footprint yourself to exactly your requirements that it does not make sense to try to create a "standard" pair of SMD pads.
This is why there are so many user defined parts.
If you make your own PCB footprint and a Schematic Symbol with the name of your PCB footprint assigned to it in the Package attribute then both the symbol and the footprint will appear in the Personal tab in the Search Libraries tool.
Then when you want to use it, just place the symbol in your schematic and it will pull in the correct footprint when you do Convert to PCB...

ah, I see, I do not have the experience to judge those things.
Is there any chance that the symbols in the EELib (or which parts/selection on right are used behin those symble) is adjustable? E.g. i would like to use the ams1117 regulator instead of those that are there to choose.
I can add favourites, but they don't show up somewhere handy.
"I really think, that there should be a part in the standard library, "
Which part in particular would you like to see in the library?
Please be more specific.
