Ok it was easy, just change solder mask.

There are two main reasons this may have happened: 1. The solder mask was set up incorrectly in the PCB Footprint (solder mask expansion too big); 2. The clearance around the pads was too small in the PCB Design Rules (allowing the nearby copper to approach inside the solder mask expansion area). Please check all footprints, especially user contributions, against the manufacturer's datasheet and PCB footprint recommendations.
