In this PCB Footprint, there is a cutout on the board that removes part of the rounded ends of the pads:

but I wanted to cut away rest the rounded ends of the pads so that they looked like this:

The footprint has a Solid Region set to No Solid that should remove the rounded ends but when I check the Gerbers after placing this footprint in a test PCB, the copper of the pads still shows the complete rounded ends in the region where the No Solid region should have removed the copper (as indicated by the little hand in the image below):
