Concise problem statement: Solid copper regions of PCB are not saved
Steps to reproduce bug:
1. Start PCB design
2. Add Solid region
3. Save design and close browser
4. Re-open browser, retrieve PCB
Results: the solid region is not there; the rest of the PCB is
Expected results: the solid region should be saved with the rest of the design.
