pad min is 0.3mm, but for such complex PCB, the price need to quote via email. The normal price for the pad size is 0.45mm

Dear Mr. Dillon. Alright. The reaons why I'm asking is, that I have to find the ideal values for a 0.5mm pitched IC, to have good solder bridges inbetween the pads. What would those values be? Is this possible pad width 0.3mm solder mask clearance ~0.0mm solder mask bridges 0.2mm ? Best regards, Claudio

@Claudio, The best way to define the pad dimensions for an IC is to either check the library parts against - or better still, build your own footprint based on - the manufacturer's recommended footprint drawing (usually) given in the device datasheet. Alternatively, build them to IPC recommended statndard dimensions which are available from a number of sources. EasyEDA then automatically creates the solder mask using dimensions based on best industry practice. You should not normally have to worry about solder and paste mask dimensions. Please note that recommended footprints may be different for hand, reflow and wave soldering assembly processes.

Are you designing your PCB using external ECAD software and uploading your Gerbers from that software to EasyEDA and then getting EasyEDA to manufacture the PCBs for you?

I've asked the support: "Alright, then do I understand you right: I give to you Gerbers with 0.00mm solder mask clarance and you change the value according to your fabrication needs? That would be fine." The answer was "yes".

That's best answered by support as they are in direct contact with the manufacturers.
