Space ground plane away from board cutout

On some PCBs I get this with the ground plane spaced away from the board cutout ![image.png](//image.easyeda.com/pullimage/CKLQjwnT4ugHmRS9IrIyfa9Df8sLnzgBHJiPFduW.png) But on other PCBs I get the ground plane touching the board cutout ![image.png](//image.easyeda.com/pullimage/OtdGrZijLozgrXym6ZajDIbDgTNaug6V2dSy2VtX.png) How do I change the latter to the former ?

I'm seeing this as well - the ground plane touches the cutout, and the DRC is showing errors.

This kan be remedied by changing the Copper Area property "Copper to board outline", to match the DRC. I don't think this is entirely logical, as I get no errors regarding the actual board outline.
