Trying to get the spacing for these fuse holders down so i can stack them, but i can't see the outline properly in the PCB layout. Can anyone give me some help to get them spaced properly so theyll stack?

Then post the information about the fuseholders and your project:
1. LCSC part number or if not from LCSC then a datasheet showing dimensions;
2. Link to a public project or post sufficient screenshots to demonstrate what you are trying to achieve.
I guess my question is how can I get the spacing correct for the fuse holders and any item that is "linkable/stackable". I referenced the PDF and see that its 6mm width, so how can I get the items all equidistant.
Check the Footprint dimensions then set the PCB grid and grid snap to position the pins accurately.
You could also try the "Distribute" tools (see the Tutorial).
