Refresh and then check Nets and Components in the left hand Design Manager panel to make sure you have not unticked and therefore hidden something.

That seems you deselect GND net at Design Manager

Ahhh, you guys gave me a clue. Rookie mistake on my part. I had to unpour copper to see it. Next time I run the autorouter, I need to make it not run ground traces (or run the autorouter with ground poured). I was trying to place a part on a ground trace. Not sure how I missed that. This is great software. I hope it succeeds. Super intuitive and simple. I love the fact that i can work on it in multiple places with different PCs and not have to physically move a file. Off to the board house!
