Stuck On Circle For Wire

[This is my problem:](https://easyeda.com/editor#id=ea9e55e52aca4bde9845f2422d117a1d) these circles are popping up every time I try to use the wire tool, I looked in the tutorial and tried to find how to fix it. I don't see any topics on this either. May someone, please, help me?

The project is now public. Just try to tap 'W' and sends in these weird circles that I don't know how to get rid of. I tried sending a picture and I get the message "Only jpg, png, etc." The problem being the image IS JPG. Thanks.
