I work all day on project without problem, but I just reopen the project and see copper area is not here. I rebuild and now copper area overlap all the top silk layer, I have to deselect all except top silk layer, select all (CTRL+A) and "Bring to front" to be able to work...

You can click the layers tool to switch it back, it is a known issue
