This question comes up so often. The answer is that you can only rotate a schematic symbol by 90 steps. I find it hard to find things using the EasyEDA native search so very often I just put my search term preceded by  EasyEDA EasyEDA straight into Google or Bing.

"EasyEDA EasyEDA" So good they named it twice! But only once as a search term. :)
