"I need that all TH components's pads will be only on the bottom side."
Why?
Multilayer (a.k.a. PTH) Pads have copper pads on all layers and the hole is lined with copper which connects all these pads together.
Through Hole components can be inserted from the top layer and soldered on the bottom layer.
The default in EasyEDA is for 2 layer PCBs which cost no more than single layer PCBs and take less work to lay out.

Boards ordered from JLCPCB will have silk screening, solder masking, plated through holes and are electrically tested for continuity and shorts to the netlist before shipping.
