1. CTRL+Left-click to select every component then change the text size in the right hand panel.
2. Select one component then use the right-click Find Similar items to select all of them and then update the text size of all selected items.
In case it's not obvious (it wasn't to me) the exact procedure is as follows:
\- select the label of one component
\- right click \-\> Find Similar Objects
\- click Find in the popup that appears
- this causes all the labels to be selected
\- click Cancel to exit the popup
- the labels remain selected
\- change the line height in the properties box
- all the label sizes will change
Note: undo works as expected - it will revert all the label sizes
