The positions of the Pin Header (LCSC Part: C49257, C5156429, C492400) and Female Header (LCSC Part: C5116530, C49661), was set to BOOMELE 2.54-1*10P (LCSC Part: C57369). I designed the pattern by repeating saving and closing several times. Hi that depends on the footprint origin if the new footprint origin is changed, then is will appear the issue like yours, update the footprint is based the footprint origin located
