Help! I have loads of these errors and I cannot see what the problem is. Here is one example:

SW2 is connected to both my pushbutton and the 2 FPGA header symbols I have created. What have I done wrong?
I also noticed a similar posting where the advice was "check that your pins are connection point out and not connection point in". I'm guessing this is the problem and it must relate to the FPGA header symbols that I have created?
What is meant by "connection point out" (or "in"). Is this specifying inputs and outputs or am I completely off-track?

..and I still don't believe that selecting multiple pins is an option anyway. If I could mirror/flip a multiple selection, that would be useful. I ended up doing them all manually lastnight. Double rotation (180 degrees) made all my pins become in the wrong order.

You need to left-click-drag around the pin and the whole of the pin name:
