Why when I go to select the level: does not TopLayer select me? The square does not work, only that.

To post an image in the future, make a screenshot then either copy and paste it into your forum post or save it somewhere then drag and drop it into your forum post.

Ok. So .. When I go to change the layer to do the TopLayer, the square that makes me select the layer does not work. In my opinion it is a matter of settings, and I wanted to know if it was possible, as a drawing in progress, to add the TopLayer, as to me alone the BottomLayer
