Traces missing in gerber file

Dear all, I created a PCB with EasyEDA and ordered it. When it arrived I noted a big difference between my PCB and the one I got. I checked the gerber files from easyeda and they differ from the design I see in the editor. I removed and added the Copper GND layer (top and bottom) and now it looks fine I guess. What was the problem? I ordered now 5 PCBs already with that issue :/

It is possible that you exported the Gerbers, changed something and then did not rebuild the copper areas. Or maybe the othernd so that the EasyEDA PCB Editor showed you after the copper had rebuilt but the Gerbers were exported before. Thank you guys. I think I may have changed something without rebuilding the copper areas. I will be more careful next time and recheck the output gerber files
