Presumably you meant "can't"?
Two ways:
"Favorite" or Clone (not sure which) the symbols and footprints to add them to your personal library;
Migrate Std to Pro:
Place the symbol and the footprint into a simple schematic and PCB project then import that from Std into Pro and extract the libraries:
If by tube "data" you mean spice models then you can't do simulation in Pro anyway.
