Brief title for your desired feature: UIC Tickbox for Transient Simulations
How would you like the feature to work?
Tickbox to allow transient simulation to be done without calculating initial conditions.
Why is this feature important to you?
It will allow me to do circuits that fail initial condition calculation, like relaxation oscillators.
Workaround: Put the following in "Start Time" - 0 uic
