\* I found the \(now obvious\) solution\. You must enter the drop down menu while the PCB screen is open\, not the schematic screen\. \* I'm trying to export the CPL file for SMT assembly at JLC PCB. As you can see from the image below, the option to do this does not appear where it used to. I exported a CPL file for this project yesterday but messed it up (first timer!) and had to do it again.
