im yet to work out why quite often it is not possible to select a components Name tag and position it  relative to its component if you add a new component the name tag is generally positionable but after a while it becomes impossible to select the Name tag to move it around the PCB (this is possible something to do with the Rotation bug where if you rotate a component it messes up the rotation of its label, im not sure) but its very annoying not being able to position Name tags
