Have you updated EasyEDA since you last rebuilt the copper areas? Can you post the link to a public project to demonstrate this behaviour?

I already had a specific design rule called "DCBUS" with a specific Clearance of 18 mil. 2. I added a specific design rule called "Low-V" with a specific Track Width of 12 mil When I add the second one called "Low-V" Easy EDA is unable to rebuild the copper area exactly where the nets are using this second rule. So I just removed this second rule, and then Easy EDA is now able to rebuild both copper areas. Feel free to ask me all questions you need to correct this bug.
