BUG
Concise problem statement:
Unable to save any changes to a schematic, EasyEda website always returns "Network Error". Obviously there are no network issues since internet browsing is working and also searching components data in EasyEda works flawlessly.
Steps to reproduce bug:
Change something in schematics
Try to save
Results: It always returns "Network Error"
Expected results: The schematics is saved.
Browser: Chrome 58
Save on PCB is fine instead, probably it's some server error, let's wait for a reply from the owners.
I am having the same problem when saving schematics and PCBs. A temporary workaround I discovered for schematics is to save it as a "schematic module".
Ok, glad it's not just me. Couldn't save in Firefox or Safari and couldn't even log in on Chrome.
Think that EASYeda servers have...troubles, wait...maybe their will fix it

Just an update: now everything is fine, probably the servers were on holidays too :) Anyway you can close the bug.
Brand new interactions and interfaces. 
Easy to use and quick to get started. 
I have the save issue too on PCB editing . unable to save anything. Chrome 58.0.3029.81
