You need to use EasyEDA editor to create some projects before publishing
Unconnected net showing in Design Manager but all nets appear to be connected properly on PCB.

Check that you have not accidentally set any of the multi-layer pads on the net to "Unplated ". Also what does the DRC show?

It's OK I just realised my mistake... the square pad near the bottom left corner is unconnected. Woops! (cheers!)

Just for info, if you click on the Net Pins,  then the associated PCB pads will be pointed to and light up. It's not perfect but that helps finding the unconnected pads when you compare against what lights up when you select the net and press the H key.
