oh...
there is actually an unroute all button in the super settings, under miscellaneous.

Hey I think i just found a solution to what youre talking about:
I think all you have to do is,
1 In the visuals pane: disable every layer besides your copper layers
2 Select your whole board area, this should be selecting all copper
3 hit delete button
4 re-enable every layer again and you cn now reroute
