Updating PCB after changing schematic

I am new to this program and the question will make this obvious but how do I make changes to the schematic and have those flow through to the PCB layout once it is in progress. The only option I have seen so far is to "Convert project to PCB" and this opens a new window to start all over again with the layout. Surely I am missing something.

So I read a little more and see that I am meant to "Import Changes" (after saving) but the import wants to delete everything and says this can't be undone. What am I missing?

No, EasyEDA just replace the package, and you can't undo. backup it and try it and you will know hot it works.

Strange - I seemed to have had more than one version of the schematic open. Worked after I closed all windows then started over. Thanks

So if I'm understanding this Q/A there is no way to update the PCB onced you have it routed correct?
