I have tried multiple different projects, even a TSSOP to DIP breakout board. Every package stops at 91/92%. Doesn't matter if I go directly from EasyEDA to JLCPCB, or download the gerber and upload the zip. It's consistently stops at 91/92%.
Got an email from JLCPCB tech support. They fixed what ever it was happened. I'm able to upload the gerbers now.
I did have it stop once at 91% again, but I think that was due to my error when I panelized the board layout. Reduced the panel size by 1 column and it loaded just fine.
