Using a PCB as panel (maximum size of holes)

Hi! wonder if it's possible to manufacture front panels as PCB like this http://www.knutsel.org/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/IMG_20150321_112121.jpg This requires making large holes. Is there a maximum diameter of the holes that I can put (using pads or vias)?

You can make panels​ like the one in your photo. Use `Hole` to make unplated circular holes. Use `Pads` to make plated-through round holes or rounded slots and the `Solid Region` tool set to `NPTH` to make arbitrary shape unplated holes.
