You cannot place a schematic symbol from the EELib into a Schematic Lib Editor sheet because the Schematic Lib Editor is for creating Schematic Symbols not Schematics. If you are trying to create a **Schematic**, you must open the Schematic Editor and then you can left-click on a part in the EELib to select it then release the left mouse button, move the mouse to where you wish to place the component in the Schematic canvas and then left-click again to place the part.
