My question concernes adding vias to pcb. Will they, at the production stage, actually drill holes for vias and add connection betweeen top/buttom layer?
Hi, they first drill all the holes(vias, regular holes, pads etc), the after that in another step add the additional copper for vias, through holes and others.

@deskpro256 Thanks for your quick response. Maybe a follow up question? I have two layers pcb with both layers added copper area as GND. How do I connect those two layers together given same potential GND. I have tried via between two layers GND area but it's seems not to work.
