Hi Everyone, I have some problems with my order in JLCPCB I created a 20x50mm PCB and after uploading gerber file you have a setting "Panel By JLCPCB" where you can choose how many PCBs you want to add to one panel and i choosed 5x1 (20mm x5=10cm to 5cm) because when i change it as 5x2 price for order changind from 2USD to 9USD. Therefore my order was cancelled and i got message. _"But really sorry to tell you that the size of your panel is too small to_ _be made, it needs to 7 *7 cm at least, could you please kindly check?_ _Maybe you can add more pcbs in one panel."_ Support write to me change your "Panel By JLCPCB" setting to 5x2 and re-pay your order again. Now I can't understand why the price changes when I try to use a 5x2 allocation if this is 10x10sm. And what is maximum size of PCB i can use in panel what size is 10x10sm and prose for 2USD?? Can I place a 8 pcs PCB on the panel 10x10cm?? Please explain, if someone knows what I'm doing wrong. Thanks.

"...20mm x5=10sm to 5sm..." Sorry but I don't understand what this means. What is this unit "sm"? Do you mean centimetres? Do you mean square metres?

I still don't understand what you mean by "20mm x5=10cm to 5cm" I understand: 20mm x5 = 10cm because that is true but what do you mean by "10cm to 5cm"? If I don't understand what you mean then I'm not sure Support will understand it either so you need to be clear to them about what you have done and the problem is. :)

@andyfierman I think he means, with the 5x1 panelization, that the board would be a total of 10cm by 5cm. @Programmer_EA The reason that the cost goes up when you increase the panel to 5x2 is that it makes the board 11cm x 10cm. height = (5 x 2cm) + (2 x 5mm)(This is because of the 5mm edge rail placed on the top and bottom of a panelized board.) = 11cm. Try making the panel 4x2 so the total dimensions are 9cm x 10cm which is within the limits of the $2 board.
