What is the smallest PCB that can be made?

I need a pcb that is 1" by 1.25". Is there any problem making a pcb that small?

That is OK.
The size can be samller, even 0.5mm

!!! How could any part fit on something that small? Even 0402 is bigger at 1 by 0.55.

We can help the chip company to build test board.
The price is not cheap in the size less than 1cm, will add some cost.
How to do? use cut hole tech. try to think. If can't, forget it, because you don't need such samll PCB :)
