I need a pcb that is 1" by 1.25". Is there any problem making a pcb that small?

We can help the chip company to build test board. The price is not cheap in the size less than 1cm, will add some cost. How to do? use cut hole tech. try to think. If can't, forget it, because you don't need such samll PCB :)
