I haven't been here for a while, but today I noticed that all the installed tools were gone.
The installed fonts are also missing.

Select Text > Right-click > Attributes
or Select text then in right hand panel:
Click Add to add new font.
I found that custom extensions and the installation of additional fonts are stored locally. What I did on one PC is not available on another in the same account.
If the ability to share imported fonts and extensions across different machines is important for you, you might like to raise this as a Feature Request.
