Hi CharlieM,
Welcome to EasyEDA.
You can find a selection of gates in the EasyEDA Libs in the left hand Navigation List.
<https://easyeda.com/Doc/Tutorial/introductiontoEasyEDA.html#h.eoegabxt1pbw>
Click on **EasyEDA Libs** and scroll down to **Gates**
You can use these gates directly in schematics but to use them in simulation is a little more involved and is best explained by this example:
<https://easyeda.com/file_view_How-to-use-logic-gates-via-Xspice_GSM4mEWew.htm>
part of the Spice Simulation Skill Project:
<https://easyeda.com/project_view_Spice-simulation-skills_sysmEWQ7p.htm>
You can find more detail about the digital models used in EasyEDA here:
<http://ngspice.sourceforge.net/docs/ngspice-manual.pdf#chapter.12>
in sections:
<http://ngspice.sourceforge.net/docs/ngspice-manual.pdf#section.12.1>
<http://ngspice.sourceforge.net/docs/ngspice-manual.pdf#section.12.3>
<http://ngspice.sourceforge.net/docs/ngspice-manual.pdf#section.12.4>
Not all the digital models described in section 12.4 have been built in EasyEDA yet but you are most welcome to contribute schematic symbols for the parts you would like!
Dear Example,
Thanks for the instructions.
In my "EasyEDA Libs," all the component boxes after "transistors" are EMPTY.
There are no gates to select.
What should I do to populate that library?
Best regards,
CharlieM
Ooh, er.
That's not right! They should just be there all ready to be used.
Are you using a recent html5 capable browser? Recent versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Internet Explorer 9 or later should be OK.
You could try doing:
**Ctrl+F5**
**Ctrl+F5**
(i.e. do Ctrl+F5 twice)
This reloads the latest version of EasyEDA.
If that does not fix it, can you submit a detailed bug report for this please?
Please include information about your operating system, browser(s) you have tried and seen this issue with, any steps to reproduce it and what version of EasyEDA you are seeing the issue with.
You can find the version of EasyEDA by doing:
**Super Menu > Help > About**
Please post a screenshot if possible (you can upload to imgur and then paste the url to it in your post back here. If you enclose the url like this:
<you url here>
it will appear in the post as a link and not just text.
Sorry you're having this trouble but if you can post the bug report it will give us more to go on to try to fix it.
I have just uploaded a small collection of circuits to demonstrate some new EasyEDA logic devices
These are designed to be easy to use because they do not require the ADC and DAC Bridges needed to make the XSPICE logic gates work.
At present the family includes:
The family includes:
>INVEE
>BUFFEE
>NAND2EE
>AND2EE
>NOR2EE
>OR2EE
>XOR2EE
>NAND3EE
>AND3EE
>NOR3EE
>OR3EE
>SCHMITTINVEE
>SCHMITTNAND2VEE
>CD4001EE
>CD4049EE
plus a pure analogue time delay block;
>DELAYEE

@Scotty20061,
Welcome to EasyEDA.
You are posting into a 4 year old thread and EasyEDA has undergone some major changes since then.
