Your schematic connected them together  By the way, 1.Your net ports have the empty net name such R5  2.Net port dot point must place on the wire or pin dot point. below image's netport is wrong position.  You can check the network at design manager, click the net, you can see the pin numbers, click the pin numbers you can see which pin is.
