Wire not following footprint when it is moved

Hi - I am trying to move a footprint and have the connected tracks follow.  I have the setting  "<span class="colour" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);">Move the footprint, the wire follows" checked but it is not working all of the time. Sometimes it works, other times not.</span><br> <br> <span class="colour" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);">Is there another setting or rule that ensures the wire stays with the part when it is moved? </span>In the image below, the connection I2C2_SDA is made.  If I move the part, it breaks, shown in the 2nd image. I want the track to follow. ![image.png](//image.easyeda.com/pullimage/NdHJPwQzDzIWDPqI6hmmBvBqSZG0i81yvgUiUdoc.png)

Setting/System Setting/The Tackc's Routing (Check). It doesn't follow when you use the keyboard. If you move a part using the mouse, it follows.

Thank you for your help!   It turns out it this was a different problem.  I found that I had accidentally turned off SNAP.  I observe that SNAP (ALT-S) must be turned on when routing or the track doesn't get attached properly to the target pad.
