Can you not reshape it by double clicking on vertices to remove then and by double clicking on the trace to add new ones? If you need to move a segmanet to another layer, simply place vias in the appropriate places and then move the trace between them onto another layer.

Hi, You can press the shift key , then double click the the segment to delete the segment.
