**BUG** Concise problem statement: My completed order is: oc5ZhtnFX (two PCB) One of PCBs is "2017.05.11_Gerber.zip" It is one-layer PCB. The only cuprum layer made on top by mistake of manufacturer. While the cuprum layer has to be done on bottom of PCB in gerber files. Expected results: Could you re-make these PCBs properly? Regards, EugeneB

Please check your Gerber files in the EasyEDA Gerber Viewer: https://gerber-viewer.easyeda.com and verify on which layer you have placed the copper that you wish to appear on your PCB. * Can you post the url of your uploaded Gerber files? Like the url to this Demo? https://gerber-viewer.easyeda.com/showcase/?#!id=8a084695506c11e79ed5026a86b9cae7&type=top&layer_list=1-2-3-4-5

Your project is private so no-one but you can see it. For more help, could you make your project public or share it privately with ![enter image description here][1]? https://easyeda.com/Doc/Tutorial/share.htm#Sharing [1]: /editor/20170610/593c042e0edb9.png

I don't know what is going wrong. There is no project. I uploaded gerber files (which I prepared in KiCAD) into EasyEDA's PCB order page. Just hit this link: https://gerber-viewer.easyeda.com/showcase/#!id=8b8817a7361811e79ed5026a86b9cae7&type=bottom&layer_list=1-2-3-4 and you will see all gerber layers. Try it again, please. The second part of my order (oc5ZhtnFX) is a copy of "Atmega Fusebit Doctor V2h", which I've found on EasyEDA site. I shared it. It is OK with it.

Hi EugeneB, I can see the Gerbers in our viewer. However, you did not say in your original post that you uploaded 3rd party Gerbers so I assumed that they had come from an EasyEDA project from which I was hoping to find out more about the problem. The top and bottom sides of the PCB are offset. This is not normally the case. Compare with this file: https://gerber-viewer.easyeda.com/showcase/#!id=2b1f7e12514411e79ed5026a86b9cae7&type=bottom&layer_list=1-2-3-4 Can you please email a copy of your original `2017.05.11_Gerber.zip` archive either to me @easyeda.com or - with a reference to this Bug Report - to Support so that I can look at it in a different Gerber Viewer?

@EugeneB I am sorry for this mistake. For the mistake, `2017.05.11_Gerber.zip`, we provide two options. 1, If you can find a way make it work, we can refund that PCB cost. 2. If don't work, we will fab it again and ship it again. Let me know, and I have send an email to you.

Hello, Andyfierman! I sent the original 2017.05.11_Gerber.zip archive by ordinary email to Andyfierman@easyeda.com. Inside those archive there is readme.txt file which explains which layer each gerber file is. Also, there notes, that files was prepared in 3rd party CAD. About offset. I guess you mean not offset but mirroring of bottom layer (it has to be view from bottom, not from top through the PCB). I thought I HAVE TO mirror it, like in "Atmega Fusebit Doctor V2h" project, which is totally done with EasyEDA system.

Hello, Support! I am grateful that you agree to repeat my order. I would like you to fab it again correctly. Not the whole order, but 2017.05.11_Gerber.zip only. And I agree to pay this shipment. Please tell me how I can compensate for your postage. With regards, EugeneB

`About offset. I guess you mean not offset but mirroring of bottom layer`. No, I mean that the bottom copper layer is offset to the right compared to the top layer silkscreen and board outline. If you compare it to my example, that has both top and bottom centred in the view. In Yours the top layer is on the left and the bottom is on the right. When viewed in the EasyEDA Gerber Viewer, the bottom layer is mirrored left to right in both your Gerbers and in my example but that is what I would expect. In fact, it would seem that this offset is not what caused the error and that it was our mistake but thanks for sharing the files so that we could check. We hope this has not spoiled your experience of using EasyEDA.
