**BUG** Concise problem statement: If the waveform plot is bigger than the window containing it then when the slider bars are used to move the plot around then the x and y cursor does not move with the plot. When a sim is run and the waveform plot opens showing the right hand end (in a transient sim that is the time up to the end of the sim) then the X cursor is still showing a value near the left hand end start of the sim (in a transient sim that is the time from the start of the sim). Steps to reproduce bug: 1. Ctrl+R > DC Sweep > Run 2. Move the cursor around and compare the X and Y cursor values with the X and Y axis values.
