When the Origin of a Schematic Symbol is set to the centre of the symbol, the X axis reference is set to zero at the new origin but the Y axis is not.
In the video below, Start Y of pin 7 should be 0 and pin 8 should be at the same Y and pin 4 except that they should have a different sign (+/-):
* I do not know if PCB Libs have the same problem.
