Make a Multi-layer pad using round pads then place a Bottom Layer rectangular pad over the round pad on the bottom layer. If the rectangular pad is narrower than desired diameter of the round pad then make the multi-layer round pad diameter smaller and add a larger diameter round Top Layer pad to get back to the desired round pad diameter. Set the pad numbers of the 2 (or 3) pads to be the same to avoid DRC errors.

@andyfierman that's good idea! But i have doubtful points. Does manufacturer of PCB understand the gerber file? or Is there any problem of manufacturing process?  And thanks your advice!
