bad pins for arduino_pro_mini libs

the arduino_pro_mini pcb libs in the 'System Components' all have bad numbers for the A4-A7 pins which means the nets don't match up with the schematics.

Can you share a public copy of a schematic that illustrates this problem (maybe the relevant fragment of your working copy)?
