Hello ; Make sure that you are using a through-hole components for you schematic and you can check this through the package of each component. You can share link for you design and I will help investigate this.

@Beechcraft100, Physical components are often available in several different types of package. When you place a symbol for a device in the schematic, you need to specify which package you want to be pulled into the PCB. You do that by clicking on the Package attribute of the symbol in the schematic and then searching for and assigning the appropriate PCB Footprint to it using the Footprint Manager.
